These terms govern your access to and use of OptionsSight. Please read them carefully — by using OptionsSight you agree to them.
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and OptionsSight (“OptionsSight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) covering your use of the OptionsSight website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OptionsSight is a market-intelligence and organization tool. It helps you monitor options-market activity, reduce noise, build and manage watchlists, and organize what is relevant to you — surfacing unusual activity, volume and open-interest shifts, sweeps, and blocks for your own review. The Service presents information for you to interpret.
OptionsSight is not a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser, and it does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to your brokerage.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or options contract. OptionsSight does not predict prices or outcomes and makes no representation that any activity it surfaces will be profitable.
Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating the merits and risks of any transaction. Consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before trading.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
Free tier. OptionsSight offers a free tier with limited access. On the free tier, market data is delayed by at least 15 minutes and some tools, history, and personalization features may be reduced or unavailable. The free tier lets you evaluate the Service before deciding whether to subscribe.
Paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — currently $29 per month or $300 per year — through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including any taxes, on each renewal until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will give reasonable notice of any price change.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us through our Support page. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again after that.
OptionsSight does not offer refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. Because a free tier is available for you to evaluate the Service before paying, we ask that you use it to decide whether OptionsSight is right for you before subscribing. This section applies except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise.
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:
Market data, news, and social content in the Service are sourced from third-party providers. This information — including any data described as real-time — may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, timeliness, or availability. OptionsSight does not control, and is not responsible for, third-party data or content, and your use of it may be subject to the applicable provider’s terms. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
The Service, including its software, design, tokens, text, and branding, is owned by OptionsSight or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPTIONSSIGHT AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. You acknowledge that you use the Service, and make any trading decision, at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OptionsSight from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the data disclaimers, no-refund policy, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and indemnification sections — will survive.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at OptionsSight’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in the courts having jurisdiction there, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
