Common questions

What's included in the free tier?
The free tier gives you a limited view of OptionsSight so you can try it before subscribing. On the free tier, market data is delayed by at least 15 minutes, and some tools, history, and personalization features are reduced or unavailable.
Why is the free-tier data delayed by 15 minutes?
Free-tier data is intentionally delayed by at least 15 minutes. It’s meant for evaluating the product and getting familiar with the tools. Paid plans provide the fuller, faster experience.
What plans do you offer, and how does billing work?
Paid plans are $29 per month or $300 per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. A free tier is always available. See pricing for details, and our Terms for the full billing terms.
Do you offer refunds?
No — all subscription fees are non-refundable, and we don’t refund partial periods or unused time. Because a free tier is available to evaluate the product first, we encourage you to try it before subscribing. You can cancel any time. See our no-refund policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your account settings or by messaging us below. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again after that.
Is OptionsSight financial advice?
No. OptionsSight is a market-intelligence and organization tool that surfaces options-market activity for you to review — it is not financial advice and makes no recommendation to buy or sell. Options involve risk and are not suitable for every investor.
