Options Sight becomes more useful as it learns what matters to you. To do that, we collect and store the choices and activity that make the Service personal — such as the tickers you follow, watchlists you build, alert criteria you set, layouts you save, and how you interact with the tools. This information powers your personalized surfacing and is associated with your account.
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last digits or type of card) but we do not store your full payment-card number; that is handled by the processor under its own terms and security standards.
We do not use the market data or content you view to make trading decisions on your behalf, and we do not provide financial advice.

We use PostHog to measure product and website journeys. On our public website, we may also use Microsoft Clarity to collect masked interaction and diagnostic information, including clicks, scrolling, navigation, and session replays, so we can improve usability.
Clarity is limited to the public OptionsSight website and is not loaded inside the authenticated application. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied unless an appropriate consent mechanism grants permission.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as long as necessary for the purposes described here — including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by using a strong, unique password and keeping your credentials confidential.
